How long is a walk session?
Our standard sessions are 1 hour and can include walking, playtime, feeding, rest time, and general care depending on your pet's needs.
Will my dog be walked with other dogs?
Most walks are kept individual or within the same household. If we ever arrange a shared walk or play session with another suitable dog, owners will be informed beforehand.
What hours is daycare available?
We support a range of daycare timings, including extended hours in some cases. Availability varies by sitter, so we'll confirm the schedule during the matching process.
Can I meet the sitter before booking?
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary meet & greet so your pet can get comfortable before the first session.
