What is the difference between Boarding and Stay-Over?
Boarding means your pet stays at the sitter's home. Stay-Over means the sitter comes to stay at your home — ideal for pets who are more comfortable in their own space.
How are sitters vetted?
We carefully screen all sitters through a profile review, background verification, and onboarding process. In addition, we partner with an experienced, Singapore-based dog walker and handler who provides mentorship and practical guidance to equip our sitters with real-world pet care and dog handling knowledge before taking on assignments.
Can I visit or check in during boarding?
Yes, visits can be arranged. We also provide regular photo and WhatsApp updates so you're always in the loop.
What if my pet has special dietary or medical needs?
We match you with sitters experienced in managing special needs. Please share all details during the pet registration process.
